STARACID RG is a liquid emulsifier, based on polyamines, for cationic emulsions production.

Applications

STARACID RG is a product realized for medium setting bituminous emulsions, destined to the roads construction and maintenance by application of cold recycling.

Advantages

With its particular formulation STARACID RG allow to obtain bituminous emulsions able to regenerate the old roads' paving. STARACID RG is dissolved in the water-phase batch tank of the emulsion plant at the temperature of 35- 45°C and subsequently saponified with hydrochloric acid.

Modality of Use

The dosage of STARACID RG varies in accordance to the application and stability of the bituminous emulsions. Normally the batching varies from 0,70% to 1,50% of the final emulsion weight.

190 kg net in steel drums.

Storage

STARACID RG can be stored for 36 months in original and closed pack. In function of the storage temperature the product can assume a doughy consistency, however the qualitative characteristics are not at risk.
