Applications

STARBAS MA/96 is used for bituminous emulsions for roads construction and maintenance and waterproofing of the structure.

Advantages

STARBAS MA/96 is an ecological emulsifier for rapid and slow setting emulsions production. STARBAS MA/96 should be dispersed in the water-phase batch tank at 35- 45°C and subsequently saponified with caustic soda.

Modality of Use

STARBAS MA/96 dosage varies according to applications and stability of bituminous emulsions. Normally the dosage varies from 0,15% to 0,45% of the final emulsion weight.

Storage

STARBAS MA/96 is stable for a minimum of three years in its original closed containers at room temperature.
