FLUX OILS

They are special additive products based on vegetable oils as row material. They are used for the bituminous conglomerate production at cold and applied to the road maintenance. The bituminous conglomerates produced using these additives maintain on time their perfect plasticity , hardens rapidly once laid down and have the particular characteristic of being odourless.

Modality of use
They are added directly into the asphalt blend system during the bituminous conglomerates production process. In order to get a correct operating procedure it is recommend to add into the blend system first the mixture of aggregates , immediately after the flux oil and then , the last one , the bitumen.

Dosage
The applied percentage varies based on the environmental conditions and aggregate / bitumen type. The normal range is between 15% and 30% of the bitumen weight.

Package
The products will be delivered in 200 litre steel drums or 1,000 litre IBC tanks. On demand , they can be supplied also on bulk , from the tanker.
