RECYCLING AGENTS

Indispensable additives when partial or total recycle of the milled material is required for the new road pavements realisation. Besides improving the adhesion between bitumen and aggregates , they reduce the rigidity of the bituminous conglomerates made of high percentage of milled material.

Modality of use
They are added into the asphalt blend system by automatic feed pump during the bituminous conglomerates production process. As an alternative , they can be poured directly into the bitumen storage containers.

Dosage
The dosage percentage varies according to the work conditions , normally between 0,3% and 0,8% of the new bitumen weight , for each 10% of the milled added to the mixture. Special applications may require different dosages from those mentioned before.

Package
The products can be delivered in 200 litre steel drums or 1,000 litre IBC tanks. On demand , they can be delivered also in bulk from the tanker.
