SPECIAL APPLICATIONS : LOW TEMPERATURE BITUMINOUS CONGLOMERATE

They are bituminous conglomerates manufactured , applied and compacted at remarkable lower temperature than traditional ones. Using low temperature in the road construction allows saving energy and reduces emissions of gas carbon in the atmosphere. The bituminous conglomerates produced in warm climate guaranties better performances than the traditional ones.

Modality of use
The WARM-MIX® products should be added directly into the blend system during the production process of the bituminous conglomerate.

Dosage
The percentage of WARM-MIX® G is between 2,0- and 3,0 kg / each ton of bituminous conglomerate produced. The dosage of WARM-MIX® L is between 4,0 and 6,0 kg / each ton of bitumen added to the bitumen conglomerate produced. Does not exist a certain quantity of WARM-MIX® to be used because it essentially depends on the mixing temperature and on the period of time from manufacturing to laying down and compacting the asphalt.

Packing
WARM-MIX® G is supplied on bulk or in big bags of 500 kg, on request in 25 kg bags . WARMMIX ® L is supplied on bulk in 200 litre drums or in 1,000 litre plastic tanks.

SPECIAL APPLICATIONS : PHOTO-CATALYTIC ANTISMOG CONGLOMERATES

There are superficial treatments realized sprinkling on the road coat a watery dispersion of titanium bioxide of nanometer dimensions. The road surface prepared this way becomes photo-catalytic , that is , once exposed to the sun light , decomposes the smog compounds . The despondency of the polluting compounds happens spontaneously , without requiring particular maintenance ; the photo-oxidation starts naturally when the sun light lights the road coat covered by the titanium bioxide.

Modality of use
The product should be uniformly sprinkled on the road coat using a sprinkling machine.

Dosage
The percentage varies according to the required application ; normally the dosage is between 100 and 500 grams of product for each square meter of the surface

SPECIAL APPLICATIONS : ANTISTICKING AGENTS

Additives destined to avoid the adhesion of the bituminous conglomerates on the metallic surfaces of the trucks , rollers and pavers. They are used even for the compacter rollers ( metallic or rubber ) and for the vibrate-machines.

Modality of use
The antisticking agents must be diluted with water; the mixture will be sprinkled on the contact surface with the bituminous conglomerate. Starcleaner V is a vegetable product , pure or diluted in water is able to remove bituminous incrustations releasing a pleasure perfume.

Dosage The dosage varies according to the work conditions. Normally between 10% to 20% from the water weight. As example , for 10-20 litre of STARANT A/O should be added from 90 to 80 litre of water.

The products are supplied in 200 litre steel drums or in 1.000 litre IBC tanks. On request , in bulk from tankers.

SPECIAL APPLICATIONS : DESCALERS

They are liquid additives based on vegetable products , able to remove quickly and simply the remains of bitumen from the machines during the production. They are used for cleaning the vibrate-machines , compacting rollers , sprinklers and tools ; they also are applied on cleaning the laboratory tools and desks. Due to their strong solvent power , they remove efficiently even conglomerate incrustations , on all types of surfaces , releasing a pleasure perfume.

Modality of use
They must be applied on the surfaces , leaving them action until the incrustations get soft. The action time depends on surfaces and type of incrustation. In order to increase the product viscosity is possible to get diluted solutions with water , the max dilution advice is 10%.

Dosage
The dosage varies based on the conditions of the surfaces to be treated.

The products are supplied in 200 litre steel drums or, in alternative , in 1,000 litre IBC tanks.

SPECIAL APPLICATIONS : ANTI-KEROSENE TREATMENT

It is a synthetic resin in watery faze. It is applied on the surface of the bituminous pavements specially as a protection against the hydrocarbons : mineral oils , gasoline , kerosene, diesel.

Modality of use
The quantity to be used depends on the surface porously and the desired finish , on average from 2,0 kg to 2,5 kg / square meter. RESINPAV C must be applied by slice ; can be diluted with water on a percentage of max 10% of volume.

SPECIAL APPLICATIONS : RITARD CONGLOMERATES

It is a liquid additive , based on vegetable oils , indispensable for the hot bituminous conglomerates production , plastics , for the road maintenance. It allows obtaining hot bituminous conglomerates having an excellent workability even on low temperature (80-90°C). It is particularly indicated when requires asphalts that must be exploit long time after their laying down.

Modality of use
RITARD ECO should be added during the production process into the mixer of the asphalt plant . The dosage varies according to the material and bitumen type granulometric curve , from 8% to 12% from bitumen weight. It is advice adding it simultaneously with the bitumen and mix for some seconds more than the traditional conglomerate.

SPECIAL APPLICATIONS : ANTI-SLITHERING ABSORBENTS

The product composed by porous granules is made of silicates and carbonates . It solves any kind of problem , like accidental loss of dangerous or slippery liquids , concluding in short time an absorption action , both natural and chemical. They are suitable for the road coats maintenance , for highways ,parking places , car parks , garages , repair shops , runways and gas distributors.

Modality of use
Spread on the treated surface the product , brush with shovels or brooms , picking up the product already gray-colored and impregnate . In case of big quantities of liquids to be absorbed or expired , should be made a second treatment.

The product is supplied in 100 kg bags.
