Chemical products having the function of modifying the surface tension between bitumen and aggregates, reducing their contact angle. They favor an integral and lasting adhesion of the bitumen film on the surface of aggregates, increase the wettability of the bitumen and the resistance to stripping, improve the durability of the asphalt mix, give the road pavement greater resistance to aging and guarantee greater flexibility of use in asphalt mix at low temperatures, in the presence of moisture and at long distance from the packaging site.
