The delivery times of the ordered goods vary depending on the order placed and the company production. Star Asphalt S.p.A. accepts orders only with delivery throughout Europe. For every order placed on our website, Star Asphalt S.p.A. will issue an invoice of the shipped material. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall prevail. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance of the same. No responsibility can be attributed to ad Star Asphalt S.p.A. in case of delay in the order or delivery of goods ordered. At the delivery time of the goods the customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to those ordered and that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes. Any external damage or mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately notified to the courier who makes the delivery. The customer must report any other damage no later than 7 days from the day of delivery of the goods.
